Job Description:

• Conduct land and property surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review survey plans, legal documents, and boundary maps.
• Work closely with other departments to support property acquisition and development.
• Ensure all surveys comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide technical advice and documentation for land use and development.
• Operate surveying instruments and technology effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
• Professional certification or license is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a surveyor, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in surveying software and tools.
