We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and warehousing
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock availability
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality, cost-effective materials
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to streamline supply chain processes
• Track KPIs and generate regular reports on supply chain performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in ERP/supply chain software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
