Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Software Project Management Assistant to anchor the development engine of our operations in Abuja. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the sprint and the precision of the deployment success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-project workflows with the clinical precision required for Scrum/Kanban Methodology, Resource Allocation, and Budgetary Governance. This role is designed for a "Product Architect" with a B.Sc./B.Tech. and 3+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering Trello, ClickUp, and MS Project) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead project teams and serve as a high-level liaison between clients and developers.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Agile Governance

• Blueprint Sovereignty: Plan software project blueprints including scope, resource allocation, and communication strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Project Logic."

• Methodology Architecture: Apply Scrum and Kanban frameworks to drive development in an agile way, providing the "Structural Foundation" for quality-driven product releases.

• Integrity Stewardship: Assemble and lead project teams with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Team Synergy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Delivery Logic

• Schedule Sovereignty: Participate in and supervise every stage of the project to ensure adherence to deadlines, acting as the primary "Source of Timeline Security."

• Budget Architecture: Create and manage project budgets to ensure financial compliance, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-effective development.

• Quality Stewardship: Oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting at all stages of completion, maintaining the "Source of Product Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Liaison Power

• Communication Sovereignty: Serve as the primary liaison for milestones, change requests, and pertinent project information, acting as the primary "Source of Stakeholder Alignment."

• Execution Architecture: Track deliverables and perform regular performance checks on completed software, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term client satisfaction.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of IT project management experience to resolve multi-tasking bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput" in Abuja.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Software/IT Project Assistant or Manager.

• Tool Power: High proficiency in Trello, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project, and Google Sheets.

• Technical Mastery: Experience in Software Development, Data Analysis, or general Information Technology.
