Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Strategist to anchor the digital presence of our food brand. In the highly visual "Food-Tech" space, success is defined by "Appetite Appeal", the ability to turn a simple recipe or meal into a compelling story that stops the scroll and drives physical sales. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Cinematic Editing" with the strategic foresight required to scale a brand’s digital footprint across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
Your mission is to ensure "Sustainable Engagement and Community Loyalty." You will be the primary engine of our brand’s voice: responsible for end-to-end content production, viral storytelling, and data-driven platform management. If you possess "Visual Intuition," a mastery of mobile editing tools, and the drive to convert followers into customers, we want you to lead our digital excellence.
Requirements:
1. Culinary Storytelling & Production
End-to-End Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and static posts that highlight our menu, kitchen culture, and customer experience.
Narrative Strategy: Develop a content calendar that balances "Sales-Driven" posts with "Value-Driven" storytelling (e.g., behind-the-scenes, food tips, ingredient sourcing).
Visual Standards: Ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand aesthetic—maintaining high standards for lighting, sound, and composition.
2. Platform Management & Growth
Algorithmic Mastery: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure our content achieves maximum organic reach.
Community Engagement: Manage the "front line" of customer interaction by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-appropriate tone.
Influencer Coordination: Identify and collaborate with local Ajah-based foodies and influencers to amplify brand visibility.
3. Performance Analytics & Strategy
Data Stewardship: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and click-through rates to refine our social strategy.
Conversion Optimization: Link content activities to sales goals, ensuring that social media visibility translates into orders via our website or physical outlet.
Trend Agility: Rapidly pivot content themes based on viral sounds, local news, or seasonal food trends to keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, HND, or BA/BSc in Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation (Experience with food/lifestyle brands is a major plus).
Location Edge: MUST reside in Ajah or its immediate environs for easy access to the outlet for content shoots.
Core Competencies
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva) and native social media tools.
