Job Description:
This is an exclusive leadership opportunity to join an established international cross-border financial services firm in Lagos. We are seeking a high-performing, pressure-resistant Senior Sales Manager to lead, coach, and manage a local B2B sales team of 5–10 high-achieving professionals. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our corporate client growth in Nigeria’s vibrant foreign trade sector. We are looking for a natural leader with a proven track record in B2B sales who is eager to scale operations, develop talent, and capture significant market share in the cross-border fintech space.
Requirements:
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a B2B sales team of 5–10 members, ensuring consistent performance and individual professional growth.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the acquisition of corporate clients in Nigeria’s cross-border and foreign trade markets.
Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, track team output, and implement coaching programs to optimize the sales funnel and close high-value deals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders and business partners in the financial services ecosystem.
Operational Excellence: Foster a high-accountability environment, ensuring the team remains agile and effective in a competitive fintech landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated sales management experience, with a proven history of leading teams of 5+ members.
Sector Background: Prior experience in Fintech, cross-border financial services, or B2B sales is strongly preferred.
