Job Description:

Chikatina Hairs is looking for a vibrant, customer-focused Sales Agent to join our Customer Care Division. As a beauty brand, our customers rely on us not just for products, but for expert advice, timely service, and a seamless shopping experience. If you are a natural communicator with a passion for sales and a desire to help others look and feel their best, this role is designed for you. You will be the first point of contact, turning inquiries into long-term loyal customers.

Requirements:

  • Omnichannel Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all channels, including WhatsApp, social media, phone, and email.

  • Product Expert: Provide detailed information on hair products, pricing, availability, and personalized recommendations.

  • Order Management: Process customer orders with high accuracy and monitor them through to successful delivery.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

  • Sales Conversion: Actively follow up on leads and inquiries, using your consultative skills to convert prospects into paying customers.

  • Insights & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of interactions and share customer preferences, concerns, and market trends with the wider team to help us grow.

  • Promotional Support: Assist in driving sales campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail is an advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and WhatsApp Business.

    • Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer management tools.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

N100,000 monthly
