Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and strategically elite Sales Support Officer to anchor the operational engine of the JMG Limited Sales Division. In the fast-paced power and industrial equipment sector, success is defined by "Sales Operations Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume administrative support with the clinical precision required for quotation accuracy, CRM integrity, and inter-departmental coordination. This role is designed for a "Process Architect" with an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (preparing invoices and sales orders) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage customer data and lead follow-ups.

Requirements:

1. Administrative Orchestration & Documentation Governance

  • Documentation Sovereignty: Prepare high-fidelity quotations, invoices, and sales orders, ensuring every document acts as a "Source of Transactional Accuracy."

  • CRM Architecture: Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Data Integrity."

  • Reporting Stewardship: Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for performance tracking and target achievement.

2. Operational Resilience & Inter-Departmental Logic

  • Coordination Sovereignty: Liaise with Logistics, Finance, and Operations departments with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Order Processing Efficiency."

  • Order Architecture: Monitor order status and ensure accurate, timely communication with clients, maintaining the "Source of Delivery Reliability."

  • Workflow Stewardship: Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring "Zero-Friction" in documentation and internal approval cycles.

3. Customer Integrity & Communication Power

  • Inquiry Sovereignty: Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-fidelity product information, acting as the "Source of Professional Representation."

  • Lead Architecture: Follow up on leads and monitor client interactions, providing the "Operational Foundation" for converting prospects into successful sales.

  • Proficiency Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales management tools with clinical precision to optimize the "Source of Administrative Output."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a significant strategic advantage.
