Job Description:
- Promote and sell properties to both new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify sales leads and convert them into successful deals
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Occasionally travel to client sites and property locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a university degree
- Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive (a valid driver’s license is an added advantage)
- Good dress sense and professional appearance
- Hardworking, loyal, and result-oriented
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Reside in close proximity to the office (Lekki axis preferred).
Salary
