Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to help accelerate our expansion in the solar energy market. This is a "bridge" role where technical knowledge meets persuasive storytelling. You won't just be selling products; you will be selling energy independence and sustainability.

As a core member of our growth team, you will manage the entire customer journey—from executing digital marketing campaigns and generating high-quality leads to providing the technical consultation necessary to close complex solar deals. If you have 2+ years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector and a passion for green technology, we want you to help us power Nigeria.

Requirements:

1. Full-Funnel Lead Generation & Sales

  • Prospecting & Acquisition: Actively source and qualify leads through digital channels, networking, and field events to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Consultative Selling: Support the sales team in closing deals by clearly articulating the ROI and technical benefits of our solar energy solutions.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales and marketing KPIs to drive the company’s revenue growth.

2. Integrated Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and running multi-channel marketing campaigns (Social Media, Email, Events) to increase brand visibility.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitor pricing, and evolving customer needs in the Ajah and greater Lagos area.

  • Content & Engagement: Create and distribute engaging content that educates prospects on the benefits of switching to renewable energy.

3. Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Client Stewardship: Build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through to post-installation support.

  • Internal Synergy: Collaborate with our technical and installation teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of solar solutions to clients.

  • Performance Insights: Provide regular reports on sales trends, campaign performance, and customer feedback to inform future strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience specifically within the Renewable Energy / Solar industry.

  • Location: Candidates residing in the Ajah axis are strongly preferred for proximity and market knowledge.

Core Competencies

  • Renewable IQ: Strong understanding of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries) and industry developments.

  • Sales Prowess: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and using CRM tools.

  • Ethics: A high level of integrity and a results-driven mindset.

 

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
