Job Description:
- We are looking for a smart, confident, and results-driven Sales Officer based in the South-South axis of Nigeria to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the oil and gas sector.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, persuasive, and able to build strong relationships with clients. You must be goal-oriented, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients in the oil and gas sector.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in engineering, technical services, oil and gas, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence and ability to persuade clients
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
