Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to take the helm of our food and hospitality operations. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious leader capable of balancing operational rigor with strategic growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of our business optimizing daily workflows, managing financial health, and cultivating a high-performing team all while ensuring our customers receive world-class service. If you have a proven track record in the hospitality sector and the drive to scale business presence and profitability, we want you to lead our team.

Requirements:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily business activities to ensure seamless workflows, operational efficiency, and consistent service delivery across all departments.

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to boost revenue, expand market presence, and improve overall business performance.

• Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize expenses to maximize profitability.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor staff performance to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

• Performance Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis to identify expansion opportunities; prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to ownership.

• Customer Experience: Champion the brand’s promise by ensuring every guest interaction meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial or business management capacity, preferably within the food, hospitality, or service industries.
