We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and reliable Administrative Officer to become the backbone of our daily office operations. You will be the point person for all administrative functions, ensuring that our documentation is seamless, our office environment is efficient, and our management team is well-supported. Requirements:
Office Administration: Manage daily administrative support tasks to ensure the office functions like a well-oiled machine.
Documentation & Billing: Prepare, organize, and track invoices; maintain accurate, secure, and accessible filing systems.
Operational Support: Coordinate office activities, manage general correspondence (emails/reports), and ensure that all administrative needs and office supplies are monitored and stocked.
Logistics: Manage official company errands as required to support business continuity.
Executive Support: Assist management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative requests with a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Graduate (HND or B.Sc.).
Experience: Proven previous experience in an administrative role.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
