Job Description:
We are looking for a high-impact, visionary Sales Manager to lead our sales division and act as the primary catalyst for our business growth. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, building a world-class team, and fostering a culture of high performance. This role requires a perfect blend of "the hunt" identifying and closing high-value opportunities and "the coach" mentoring our sales executives to unlock their full potential. Requirements:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with our long-term business objectives. Drive revenue growth through clear planning and disciplined execution.
Team Empowerment: Lead, manage, and inspire our sales team. Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and professional development to ensure every member meets or exceeds their KPIs.
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Actively manage the sales funnel, from lead generation and prospecting to high-level negotiations and closing complex, high-value deals.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Ensure our brand remains the preferred choice for our clients.
Operational Excellence: Utilize data, CRM insights, and market trends to forecast revenue, manage budgets, and provide actionable intelligence to senior management.
Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier sales talent to build a scalable, high-performance sales department.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to synchronize campaigns and optimize lead quality and brand messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is a significant advantage.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven Track Record: A documented history of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets and driving year-over-year growth.
