Job Description:
- We are seeking a sharp, highly organised Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right-hand to our Founder. In this role, you will manage daily logistics, act as a professional gatekeeper, and support real estate operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, prioritise meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with property documentation, viewings, and tracking project timelines.
- Interface professionally with high-net-worth clients, investors, and contractors.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items.
- Handle confidential business documentation and daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as an EA, PA, or Operations Coordinator (Real Estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must reside within or very close to New Bodija, Ibadan, for proximity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Salary
