Job Description:

We are seeking a high-octane Cloud Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the enterprise technology sector. In an era where digital transformation is no longer optional, you will serve as a strategic architect, helping organizations migrate to, and scale within, the cloud.

Your mission is to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our cloud service portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). You won't just be "selling" services; you will be solving complex business challenges by proposing tailored AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud solutions. If you have 2+ years of experience in tech sales, a deep understanding of recurring revenue models, and the ability to simplify technical jargon for C-suite executives, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Consultative Selling & Solution Architecture

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and infrastructure bottlenecks.

  • Tailored Value Propositions: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design cloud environments that solve specific client challenges.

  • Demos & Presentations: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and webinars that showcase the ROI of cloud migration.

2. Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth

  • Market Hunting: Proactively identify and qualify new enterprise leads, building a robust pipeline that ensures consistent month-over-month growth.

  • Deal Orchestration: Lead the negotiation of contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models to achieve win-win outcomes.

  • CRM Governance: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities in Salesforce or HubSpot to provide accurate forecasting and data-led insights.

3. Strategic Partnerships & Industry Intelligence

  • Client Stewardship: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, moving beyond a vendor status to become a trusted advisor.

  • Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging cloud technologies, cybersecurity trends, and competitor price points.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work with marketing to refine our messaging and with the technical team to ensure we are delivering on the "SaaS promise."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in IT or Cloud sales (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Technical IQ: Solid grasp of cloud concepts—IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS are second nature to you.

  • Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual presentation platforms.

Core Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate "Technical Speak" into "Business Value."

  • Negotiation: Strong grit and diplomacy when handling complex service agreements.

  • Self-Starter: A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
