Job Description:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads received via phone, email, and website inquiries.

  • Qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with target market segments and business goals.

  • Guide prospects efficiently through the sales funnel—from initial interest to final close.

  • Provide clear, courteous, and timely answers to inquiries about products and services.

  • Educate prospects on how the company’s solutions meet their needs and add value.

  • Present tailored technical and business solutions by understanding the prospect’s processes and challenges.

  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Support lead generation efforts as needed, including proactive outreach and cold calls when appropriate.

  • Stay informed on company offerings, industry developments, and competitor activities.

  • Manage a large pipeline of prospects, following established sales processes and updating CRM records regularly.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep pipeline information up to date.

  • Handle commission-related documentation and coordinate with accounting for collections when required.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Sales Hunter. High energy level and hungry personality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling business software applications—preferably CRM, ERP, or financial and capital market solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) required.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong deal-closer.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and driven with a hunter mindset.

  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Skilled at presenting and communicating clear, compelling value propositions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Well-organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven business development acumen and sales strategy skills.

  • Solid understanding of the financial services sector.

  • Prior experience with ERP, accounting, or enterprise software sales is a strong advantage.

  • Technologically proficient; a background in tech or software implementation is a plus.
