Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executives to anchor the growth engine of LE & EL Real Estate. In a specialized property landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the close and the precision of the client relationship success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive lead generation with the clinical precision required for Negotiation, Prospect Conversion, and Monthly Target Excellence. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with a Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. who can blend "Relational Grit" (following up with prospective clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to promote company products and secure paying clients in a competitive market.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Pipeline Governance
Lead Sovereignty: Generate and manage high-quality leads independently, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Engagement Architecture: Execute rigorous follow-up protocols with prospective clients, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a robust and high-conversion sales funnel.
Integrity Stewardship: Sell company products and services with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Brand Representation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic
Conversion Sovereignty: Transform cold prospects into paying clients, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Generation."
Target Architecture: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently, providing the "Functional Foundation" for company-wide expansion.
Support Stewardship: Maintain long-term client relationships and provide professional after-sales support, maintaining the "Source of Referral Value and Client Loyalty."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Negotiation Sovereignty: Utilize elite communication skills to navigate complex real estate transactions, acting as the primary "Source of Deal Closure."
Result Architecture: Operate with a result-driven mindset to overcome market resistance, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable sales growth.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Proven Sales Expertise (an advantage) to resolve lead-to-close abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput" for LE & EL Real Estate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
Experience: Proven sales experience is a significant advantage; entry-level applicants with high motivation will be considered.
Technical Power: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attributes: Result-driven, highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven.
