Job Description:
- Maintain and grow sales
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base
- Service the needs of existing customers and building new relationships
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Train co-workers on new collections
- Notify clients about new collections in store
- Compile and analyze sales figures, reporting and analyzing data every month
- Visit clients and attend trade shows and private showrooms-international travel
- Report to the sales manager
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Gather market information and providing feedback on future buying trends
- Plan and report on pre and post season sales to the sales manager
- At all times, comply with company policies, procedure and instructions
Requirements:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Initiative and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills
- Systems knowledge and a relevant network is a plus
- Additional language is a plus
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND/BSC in any related field
- At least 4 years commercial experience preferable
- Proven record in sales and reaching targets
