Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and proactive Relationship Manager to anchor the growth engine of PNP Lite. In the specialized landscape of direct-to-consumer services—where loyalty is the primary currency success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume digital interactions with the clinical precision required for Order Coordination, CRM Documentation, and Strategic Reorder Reminders. This role is designed for a "Retention Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing WhatsApp communities and resolving complaints) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track buying patterns and increase average order values.
Requirements:
1. Experience Orchestration & Support Governance
Interaction Sovereignty: Serve as the primary point of contact across WhatsApp and phone channels with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Trust."
Communication Architecture: Provide transparent updates on pricing and delivery timelines, providing the "Structural Foundation" for customer confidence.
Integrity Stewardship: Resolve inquiries and order-related issues efficiently, ensuring the "Source of Positive Experience" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Order Logic
Order Sovereignty: Confirm and document customer orders with absolute accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Fidelity."
Logistics Architecture: Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery, providing the "Functional Foundation" for service reliability.
Escalation Stewardship: Promptly identify and resolve stock or delivery hurdles, maintaining the "Source of Operational Velocity."
3. Growth Integrity & Engagement Power
Retention Sovereignty: Proactively engage customers to encourage repeat purchases and promote bundles, acting as the primary "Source of Increased Order Frequency."
Community Architecture: Manage and engage WhatsApp groups and partner-channel customers, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a loyal user base.
Insight Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of CRM expertise to track metrics and report on recurring issues, maximizing the "Source of Service Improvement."
