Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide product/service information to customers as required.
- Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Salary
