Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and proactive Customer Care Personnel who is currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to build a career in customer experience. Requirements:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Support other administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Lagos.
