Job Description:

Are you a licensed nurse with an interest in the evolving field of medical aesthetics and trichology? A premier clinic in Wuse 2, Abuja is seeking a professional Registered Nurse to provide high-quality scalp and hair treatments. This role combines clinical expertise with aesthetic care, offering a unique opportunity to specialize in advanced therapies like PRP and microneedling.

Requirements:

1. Clinical Assessment & Treatment

• Conduct comprehensive client intakes, including medical history reviews and detailed scalp assessments.

• Perform and assist in advanced treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), microneedling, LED light therapy, and scalp detox procedures.

• Monitor client progress and identify any adverse reactions or irregularities during the recovery process.

2. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

• Maintain rigorous sanitation and sterilization standards for all medical tools and equipment.

• Ensure the clinic remains in full compliance with healthcare, safety, and local regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare treatment areas to ensure a sterile and welcoming environment for every client.

3. Client Education & Administration

• Educate clients on personalized treatment plans, aftercare routines, and recommended products.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) and treatment documentation.

• Manage client scheduling and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Trichology.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid professional nursing license or relevant certification.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of infection control and sterilization. Experience with microneedling or PRP is a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional/empathetic demeanor, and strong attention to detail.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods while performing hands-on clinical procedures.

• Certifications: First Aid and CPR certifications are highly preferred.
