Job Description:

• Perform and interpret a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, breast, thyroid, and vascular scans.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive diagnostic reports for referring physicians.
• Conduct Doppler studies and specialized ultrasound procedures as required.
• Correlate imaging findings with patient history and clinical information to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Identify and promptly communicate critical or abnormal findings to relevant healthcare providers.
• Ensure adherence to established imaging protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation within hospital information systems.
• Provide professional patient care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including radiologists, gynecologists, surgeons, and physicians.
• Mentor junior sonographers and contribute to continuous quality improvement and departmental development initiatives.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Degree qualification with 5 - 6 years experience.
