Are you a Medical Laboratory Scientist with a passion for sales and  business development, marketing, and building strong customer relationships?

We're looking for a motivated healthcare professional to help promote our laboratory and healthcare services, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and healthcare partners.

Requirements:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

• Marketing & Promotion: Promote our laboratory services to clinics, hospitals, and individual healthcare consumers, articulating the value of our diagnostic capabilities.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with healthcare partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Customer Engagement: Act as a technical expert to address client inquiries, provide support, and ensure a seamless service experience.

• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide feedback that informs our marketing strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BMLS, AMLS, or an equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Science.

• Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex scientific information clearly.

  • Interpersonal: Strong networking abilities and a genuine passion for building professional relationships.

  • Service Orientation: A dedicated approach to customer service and client care
