Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketer to join our growth-focused marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our property visibility, responsible for bridging the gap between high-end listings and the right investors. You will act as a strategic "hunter," utilizing a mix of digital performance marketing, high-quality content creation, and market intelligence to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands that real estate marketing is about storytelling, data-backed targeting, and relentless business development.
Requirements:
Digital Campaign Management & SEO
Multi-Channel Execution: Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across Social Media (Meta), Email, and PPC to drive interest in specific property listings.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign metrics including ROI and Lead Conversion rates, providing data-driven reports to optimize future spend.
Online Presence: Manage the company website and execute SEO strategies focused on property-specific keywords to ensure we rank at the top of search results.
Content & Creative Production
Multimedia Coordination: Oversee the production of professional photography, videography, and virtual tours to ensure every listing is presented at a premium standard.
Storytelling: Create compelling copy for brochures, newsletters, and blog posts that educate potential buyers and build trust in the brand.
Design: Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce aesthetically pleasing marketing assets.
Market Intelligence & Lead Generation
Proactive "Hunting": Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new lead generation channels and strategic partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into competitor strategies and local real estate trends to keep our marketing edge sharp.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage the lead lifecycle, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in real estate marketing.
Proven track record of generating verified leads and increasing brand equity.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
Solid grasp of SEO principles and web analytics.
Skills:
Advanced copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple property listings simultaneously.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred.
