Job Description:
- We are currently recruiting for a smart, result-driven, and experienced Real Estate Agent to join a dynamic real estate company in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source prospective clients and property leads
- Market and promote available properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
- Negotiate property deals and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide clients with accurate information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to property transactions
- Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the real estate industry is compulsory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent sales and marketing abilities
- Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing is an added advantage.
