Job Description:

• We are currently recruiting for a smart, result-driven, and experienced Real Estate Agent to join a dynamic real estate company in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source prospective clients and property leads
• Market and promote available properties to potential buyers and tenants
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
• Negotiate property deals and close sales effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide clients with accurate information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to property transactions
• Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the real estate industry is compulsory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent sales and marketing abilities
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing is an added advantage.
