Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for food safety and operational excellence? A leading company in the FMCG and food manufacturing sector is seeking a results-driven Quality Control Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding our brand’s reputation by ensuring that all products, processes, and facility operations consistently meet rigorous regulatory, food safety, and company quality standards.

As our Quality Control Officer, you will provide critical oversight from the raw material stage to final delivery, acting as a key guardian of our quality management systems.

Requirements:

• Quality Oversight: Conduct comprehensive inspections across raw materials, production lines, finished goods, and outlet operations.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols.

• Root Cause Analysis: Identify quality deviations, conduct thorough investigations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Audit & Reporting: Execute routine operational audits and maintain meticulous quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

• Process Consistency: Monitor product consistency, including packaging integrity, accurate labeling, and optimal storage conditions.

• Staff Training: Educate production and operations staff on vital food safety requirements and company quality protocols.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and complaints to recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Quality Management, or a closely related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in Quality Control within FMCG, food manufacturing, confectionery, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HACCP, GMP, and quality management systems.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and proven experience in technical documentation and reporting.

• Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate complex quality standards to various levels of staff.
