Job Description:

We are seeking a visually acute and structurally rigorous Quality Control Officer to anchor the aesthetic immune system and production-integrity engine of our décor firm. In a high-stakes design landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of project completion and the precision of the aesthetic-filter success is defined by "Quality Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex design specifications with the clinical precision required for Fabrication-Consistency, Installation-Compliance, and Material-Excellence Architecture. This role is designed as an "Operational Gatekeeper" a critical mission for an expert QC practitioner who can blend "Quality Grit" (mastering the complexities of décor standards) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Project Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Production Sovereignty & Aesthetic Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Standard: Develop and maintain QC policies, acting as the primary "Source of Design-Specification Fidelity."

• Fabrication Architecture: Monitor and evaluate all stages of production and installation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project excellence.

• Integrity Stewardship: Conduct regular site and factory inspections, ensuring the "Source of Aesthetic-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance & Correction Logic

• Identification Sovereignty: Identify quality issues, document findings, and drive preventive/corrective actions, acting as the primary "Source of Process-Correction."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain detailed inspection reports and performance documentation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accountability.

• Collaboration Stewardship: Liaise between design, production, and installation teams to ensure strict compliance, maintaining the "Source of Project Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Continuous Improvement

• Improvement Sovereignty: Support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, acting as the primary "Source of Scalable Quality."

• Process Architecture: Utilize Quality-Toolkits to track compliance against industry standards, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven improvement.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Décor-Expertise to accelerate the "Correction-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Output Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in an interior décor firm is mandatory.
