Job Description:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Quality Manager to serve as the primary custodian of our pharmaceutical standards. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks of safety, efficacy, and purity.

As the Quality Manager, you will architect and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that all operations are in strict alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and international regulatory requirements. You will be the point of contact for audits, the lead investigator for non-conformances, and a mentor to our production and warehouse teams. If you possess 3–5 years of specialized experience and a "zero-defect" mindset, we invite you to lead our quality department.

Requirements:

1. QMS Architecture & GMP Governance

• System Design: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure a culture of compliance and excellence.

• GMP Stewardship: Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant pharmacopoeial standards across all operational stages.

• Process Oversight: Direct both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) workflows to ensure holistic monitoring of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.

2. Audit Mastery & Regulatory Compliance

• Inspection Readiness: Maintain a "permanent state of readiness" for regulatory inspections; lead internal audits and coordinate external/third-party audits.

• Documentation Control: Review and approve critical quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and validation reports.

• Life Cycle Monitoring: Oversee product quality throughout the storage and distribution chain to ensure stability and safety are maintained until the product reaches the end-user.

3. Risk Management & CAPA Execution

• Deviation Management: Lead investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints using root cause analysis (RCA).

• CAPA Implementation: Design and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate the recurrence of quality failures.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Warehouse, and Regulatory Affairs teams to resolve technical bottlenecks while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.

• Experience: 3–5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

• Regulatory IQ: Mastery of GMP guidelines, local health regulations, and international quality standards.

• Audit Record: Proven experience in successfully navigating regulatory inspections and internal audits.
