Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Quality Control Manager to anchor the production engine of a luxury menswear brand. In the world of bespoke suits and premium traditional wear, success is defined by "Craftsmanship Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-speed production with the clinical precision required for garment construction, anatomical fittings, and luxury finishing. This role is designed for a "Technical Fashion Architect"—ideally a skilled male designer—who can blend "Sartorial Grit" (identifying structural defects) with the "Leadership Agility" required to supervise a team of master tailors in Surulere.

Requirements:

1. Technical Surveillance & Quality Governance

• Multistage Sovereignty: Conduct high-fidelity quality inspections at every milestone—from pre-production fabric assessment to mid-production structural checks and the final "Source of Truth" output.

• Anatomical Precision: Verify measurements and supervise client fittings with millimetric accuracy, ensuring that all alterations are implemented to a "Zero-Defect" standard.

• Luxury Finishing: Enforce elite craftsmanship techniques across all garments, ensuring every piece reflects the brand’s premium positioning and sartorial excellence.

2. Production Orchestration & Resource Logic

• Workflow Stewardship: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that tailoring processes are synchronously aligned with delivery timelines and KPI targets.

• Material Integrity: Monitor fabric usage and confirm the quality of raw materials, engineering strategies to minimize waste and optimize "Production Velocity."

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Implement and maintain clinical SOPs for the workshop, tracking defects and rework to drive continuous "Process Improvement."

3. Team Leadership & Craftsmanship Evolution

• Tailor Diplomacy: Supervise and manage the production staff and tailors, ensuring high-level discipline and performance in a high-stakes environment.

• Technical Mentorship: Train team members on luxury finishing standards and advanced construction techniques, evolving the workshop into a "Center of Excellence."

• Performance Intelligence: Prepare weekly production and quality reports, providing management with data-driven insights into efficiency, quality rates, and delivery fidelity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.

• Technical Mastery: Must be a male candidate with profound technical knowledge of menswear (specifically suits and traditional attire).

• Experience: Proven track record as a Fashion Designer or Production Supervisor in a luxury tailoring environment.

• Location: Strict Requirement: Must reside in Surulere or the immediate environs for rapid accessibility.
