Job Description:

• Overseeing the company’s QHSE management systems and ensure 100% compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintaining QHSE documentation and management systems, conducting internal audits, monitoring operational processes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensures workplace safety by carrying out risk assessments, incident investigations, safety trainings, and enforcing proper safety practices.
• Supports environmental compliance, prepares QHSE reports for management, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization while providing guidance to operational teams and ensuring contractors and vendors adhere to the company’s QHSE standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or HND in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in QHSE within oil & gas, or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and ISO management systems.
