Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing and professional Property Sales Supervisor to lead our client engagement and sales closure efforts in the Abuja real estate market. This role is designed for a strategic, customer-centric leader who can transform property viewings into successful acquisitions while maintaining the highest standards of documentation and professional ethics.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sophisticated negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local housing market, ensuring our clients receive a premium, seamless experience from initial inquiry to final handover.
Requirements:
Client Engagement & Deal Closure
Prospecting: Meet with potential clients and high-net-worth individuals to present exclusive real estate opportunities and secure brokering deals.
Requirement Analysis: Consult with clients to identify their specific property choices, lifestyle requirements, and investment goals.
Closing Management: Coordinate the final stages of property deals, ensuring all vital documents are executed and payments are successfully received.
Intermediary Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate smooth, transparent negotiations.
Operations & Market Intelligence
Documentation: Oversee the accurate preparation and internal approval of purchase agreements, lease contracts, and legal disclosures.
Property Inspections: Coordinate and lead property viewings; conduct final inspections to ensure terms and conditions are met before closing.
Market Survey: Conduct regular surveys to identify competitive pricing and emerging trends in the Abuja housing market.
Reporting: Utilize CRM systems to provide sales managers with periodic reports on operational performance, lead conversion, and revenue returns.
Compliance & Relationship Management
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all transactions strictly comply with federal and local housing laws and company policies.
Client Retention: Maintain long-term contact with past clients to nurture future business prospects and referrals.
Expert Referrals: Proffer professional recommendations and refer buyers to specialized consultants for legal and mortgage services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized University.
Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Significant experience in Real Estate sales is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong ability to analyze market data and pricing structures.
