We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Property Acquisition Officer to anchor the inventory engine of First Touch Consulting. In a specialized premium landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the listing and the precision of the valuation success is defined by "Property Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-quality assets with the clinical precision required for Strategic Sourcing, Agent Liaison, and Market-Driven Negotiation. This role is designed for an "Inventory Architect", specifically a professional with an Estate Management or Business degree and 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying and acquiring quality properties in the Victoria Island axis) with the "Operational Agility" required to onboard new listings and monitor performance on the platform.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Sourcing Governance
Inventory Sovereignty: Identify, source, and acquire quality properties for the platform with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Acquisition."
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain strong networks with property owners, agents, and developers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term deal flow.
Integrity Stewardship: Conduct property inspections and evaluations to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, ensuring the "Source of Listing Quality" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Onboarding Sovereignty: Ensure new properties are accurately and appealingly listed on the platform, acting as the primary "Source of Market Presentation."
Activity Architecture: Monitor property performance and ensure continuous activity on the platform, providing the "Functional Foundation" for inventory turnover.
Negotiation Stewardship: Negotiate terms and close acquisition deals effectively, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
3. Operational Integrity & Market Power
Trend Sovereignty: Utilize deep knowledge of real estate market trends to inform sourcing decisions, acting as the primary "Source of Market Intelligence."
Target Architecture: Work independently to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for platform growth.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of real estate experience to accelerate the "Lead-to-Listing" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Portfolio Growth."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 3 years in real estate, property acquisition, or a similar role.
Technical Power: Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and current property trends.
Commercial Power: Elite negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to close deals.
