Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Project Engineer to anchor our technical engine in Lagos. In the industrial sector, success is defined by "Engineering Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex technical specifications with the clinical precision required for project scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with a B.Sc, B.Eng, or HND who can blend "Structural Grit" (overseeing on-site execution and vendor management) with the "Analytical Agility" required to manage engineering budgets and maintain a "Source of Truth" for project documentation and milestones.

Requirements:

1. Lifecycle Orchestration & Design Governance

• Technical Sovereignty: Direct the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, ensuring every blueprint and technical drawing acts as a "Source of Accuracy" for site execution.

• Specification Architecture: Manage technical specifications and quality standards with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Compliance" for all project deliverables.

• Workflow Logic: Synchronize engineering timelines with procurement and construction phases to ensure "Zero-Friction" in project delivery.

2. Resource Resilience & Operational Logic

• Budgetary Sovereignty: Monitor project expenditures and resource allocation with professional poise, ensuring the "Economic Velocity" of the project is maintained within approved limits.

• Vendor Stewardship: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure the "Source of Quality" is upheld across all external industrial inputs.

• Risk Architecture: Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks with high-velocity focus, providing "Intelligence-Driven" solutions for on-site challenges.

3. Safety Diplomacy & Performance Power

• HSE Sovereignty: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental protocols, acting as the primary "Source of Security" for all personnel and assets on the project site.

• Data Architecture: Prepare periodic project status reports and technical documentation with millimetric accuracy, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for senior management updates.

• Team Governance: Lead and mentor on-site technical teams, ensuring a "Culture of Excellence" and high-target adherence across all engineering work packages.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc / B.Eng / HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.

• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Project Management principles and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
