Job Description:

• Supplier Selection and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate supplier offers based on competitive pricing, quality standards, delivery timelines, and reliability metrics.
• Cost Management and Savings: Support strategic cost discipline initiatives and perform spend analysis to identify significant cost reduction opportunities.
• Strategic Sourcing: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from obtaining competitive quotations and conducting cost comparisons to issuing formal purchase orders (PO).
• Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and adherence to service level agreements. 

Requirements:

• Catering Certification: A relevant professional catering certificate or supply chain certification is highly advantageous.
• Hygiene Standards: Expert knowledge and application of HACCP or equivalent catering hygiene and food safety standards.
• Communication: Fluency in the English language with the ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

• Industry Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in industrial catering or a closely related hospitality sector.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability in menu and recipe interpretation for large-scale food service operations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively within tight deadlines.
