Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned, discreet, and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and creative support. This is a hybrid role, acting as both a professional corporate right-hand and a trusted private liaison. You will be responsible for streamlining the daily life and operations of a high-net-worth individual, ensuring that productivity is maximized and all personal and professional commitments are executed with precision.

The ideal candidate brings maturity, a calm demeanor, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Requirements:

Administrative & Corporate Support

  • Calendar Management: Orchestrate complex schedules, managing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and clients, staff, or vendors. Screen incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing critical items.

  • Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.

  • Tech Operations: Utilize office software (Google Workspace/MS Office) to maintain digital organization and task tracking.

Personal & Lifestyle Management

  • Household Coordination: Manage household staff, oversee personal projects, and handle property-related logistics.

  • Errands & Logistics: Efficiently manage personal shopping, errands, and family scheduling.

  • Flexibility: Be available to manage tasks outside of standard business hours, demonstrating total adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced lifestyle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demographics: We are seeking a Male candidate aged 35–40 years old.

  • Experience: Proven track record in administrative roles, secretarial work, or high-level customer service.

  • Organization: You are a master of time management. You don’t just track tasks; you prioritize them to ensure critical objectives are met.

  • Discretion: You treat confidentiality as non-negotiable. You are comfortable handling highly sensitive information with complete integrity.

  • Communication: You possess exceptional verbal and written skills, allowing you to represent the executive professionally in all interactions.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in modern office software and comfortable leveraging technology to streamline workflows.

  • Adaptability: You thrive in fluid environments where schedules change quickly and require immediate, thoughtful adjustments.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
