Requirements:
Executive Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and daily tasks to ensure optimal productivity.
Real Estate Liaison: Utilize your knowledge of the real estate market to assist with property inquiries, site visits, and administrative coordination.
Logistics & Travel: Oversee travel arrangements and provide reliable transportation support as required.
Efficiency Management: Act as a gatekeeper and coordinator, ensuring that all operational matters are handled with speed and accuracy.
Discretion: Handle confidential information and business communication with the utmost professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
