Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professionally poised Nurse Aesthetician to join our elite clinical team in Lagos. This role is designed for a Registered Nurse who can blend "Advanced Technical Precision" with the "Empathetic Patient Care" required to manage high-end client expectations.

Your mission is to ensure "Optimal Aesthetic Outcomes and Systematic Clinical Safety." You will be a core practitioner in our clinic: responsible for conducting deep-dive skin consultations, administering advanced injectables and rejuvenation treatments, and architecting long-term skincare journeys for our clients. If you possess "Meticulous Attention to Detail," a valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, and a passion for cutting-edge aesthetic technology, we want you to drive our clinical excellence.

Requirements:

1. Advanced Procedural Execution

• Invasive & Non-Invasive Mastery: Administer and assist with high-precision treatments, including injectables, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser-based skin rejuvenation.

• Consultative Architecture: Conduct thorough dermatological assessments to develop customized treatment plans that align with client goals and skin health.

• Device Governance: Safely operate and maintain advanced skincare devices, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and sanitized according to strict medical protocols.

2. Clinical Integrity & Safety Stewardship

• Hygiene Sovereignty: Maintain rigorous clinical safety standards, ensuring that treatment rooms and tools exceed standard sterilization requirements.

• Documentation Fidelity: Manage the accurate completion of consultation forms, consent documents, and treatment logs to ensure an audit-ready medical environment.

• Post-Care Advocacy: Provide comprehensive follow-up care and educate clients on customized skincare routines to maximize treatment results and ensure safe recovery.

3. Client Experience & Collaborative Practice

• Professional Diplomacy: Maintain a well-presented, professional demeanor that reflects the clinic’s brand, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their journey.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse qualification).

• Certification: Mandatory certification or verifiable experience in Aesthetic Treatments and Skincare.

• Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Spa or Aesthetic Clinic is highly preferred, specifically with injectables and advanced devices.
