Job Description:
Are you a science-driven professional with a passion for healthcare and a knack for building meaningful professional relationships? We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented Medical Sales Representatives to join our team across multiple regions in Nigeria.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our pharmaceutical products and the healthcare professionals who depend on them. You will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes by ensuring healthcare providers have the information and products they need to deliver effective care. Requirements:
Sales & Product Promotion
Advocacy: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff, and other key healthcare professionals.
Presentations: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to communicate the efficacy and benefits of our medical solutions.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
Relationship Management
Networking: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
Follow-ups: Execute consistent follow-up strategies to ensure continued product usage and brand preference.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Market Insight: Monitor market trends, identify competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to help us stay ahead of the curve.
Compliance: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate, periodic sales and activity reports to provide management with visibility into territory performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in a science-related field (e.g., Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a significant advantage.
Territory Knowledge: A solid understanding of your assigned region and the local healthcare landscape.
Key Competencies:
Communication & Negotiation: You are articulate, persuasive, and comfortable navigating high-level professional conversations.
Independence: You are a self-starter who can manage your own schedule and drive results without constant supervision.
Mobility: You must be willing to travel extensively within your assigned territory to meet clients.
Interpersonal Skills: You are approachable, professional, and adept at connecting with diverse stakeholders.
