Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the ground, responsible for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently hitting sales targets.

If you are a self-starter who enjoys meeting new people, is passionate about closing deals, and has a strong grasp of the local market in Abuja, we want you on our team. You will be responsible for territory management and ensuring that our products/services reach the right customers efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Market Coverage: Actively traverse your assigned territory to identify and engage with prospective clients.

  • Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure long-term brand loyalty.

  • Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell our products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

  • Target Achievement: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and direct field visits to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Reporting: Monitor competition and market trends, and provide regular reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.

  • Problem Solving: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar sales role (demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong plus).

  • Core Competencies:

    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Negotiation: Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse client profiles.

    • Resilience: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to work independently in the field.

    • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Abuja market and business landscape.

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or sales software for reporting and tracking performance.
