Job Description:
Are you a builder at heart with a passion for territory expansion and channel development? We are looking for a highly motivated Develop Sales Manager (DSM) to spearhead our new city expansion and store acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be the face of our "Shop Model," responsible for the end-to-end process of launching new territories, acquiring high-potential retail partners, and ensuring they are fully operational and ready for business.

Requirements:
City Expansion & Market Intelligence
Territory Development: Identify and map out new cities and high-growth zones within your assigned region.
Market Research: Conduct deep-dive market research—analyzing phone markets, commercial hubs, and Key Account (KA) stores to identify prime targets for our Shop Model.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with local merchants, business owners, and regional partners.
Partner Acquisition & Negotiation
Store Acquisition: Lead the full cycle of store onboarding, from the first pitch to final system registration.
Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate win-win cooperation terms with store owners and KA brands, ensuring they align with our business goals.
Business Standards: Ensure all acquired stores meet our specific requirements for installment business operations and quality standards.
Launch Execution & Operational Readiness
SA Deployment Readiness: Ensure stores are fully prepared for the deployment of Sales Associates (SA)—this includes everything from physical setup to system training.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales Managers (SM) and Regional Managers (RM) to ensure smooth SA assignment and team integration.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the first sales performance of every newly launched store, providing feedback and support to ensure early success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in Sales, Channel Development, or Business Development (candidates with specific backgrounds in POS, Fintech, or Mobile Telecommunications are strongly preferred).
Market Insight: Deep knowledge of local markets, commercial dynamics, and retail consumer behavior.
Negotiation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; you should be comfortable speaking with store owners, corporate partners, and internal leadership alike.
Drive: Highly results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet launch deadlines.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to manage city launches and on-the-ground operations.
