Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and scientifically elite Medical Sales Representative to anchor the revenue engine of our pharmaceutical operations. In the specialized landscape of healthcare, success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize medical science with the clinical precision required for HCP Presentations, Contract Negotiation, and Market Research. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying new business and meeting sales targets) with the "Scientific Agility" required to meet the complex needs of doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

Requirements:

1. Clinical Orchestration & HCP Governance

  • Scientific Sovereignty: Present and demonstrate medical products to healthcare staff with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical Knowledge."

  • Appointment Architecture: Organize high-fidelity meetings with community and hospital-based staff, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable professional relationships.

  • Research Stewardship: Undertake relevant market research to stay ahead of industry shifts, ensuring the "Source of Competitive Intelligence" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

  • Negotiation Sovereignty: Execute contracts and pricing agreements efficiently, acting as the primary "Source of Value Realization."

  • Event Architecture: Attend and organize trade exhibitions and conferences, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for brand visibility and networking.

  • Budget Stewardship: Manage operational budgets and review sales performance, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Accountability."

3. Regional Integrity & Performance Power (Specific to Expansion Clusters)

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Control and organize company inventory records and customer supply, acting as the primary "Source of Supply Chain Stability."

  • Policy Architecture: Review and update company policies as needed, providing the "Visual Foundation" for operational compliance.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Medical Science training to write high-fidelity reports and statistical presentations, maximizing the "Source of Decision-Making Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any Medical Science or related field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience; previous Medical/Pharmaceutical sales experience is a significant advantage.

  • Location Scope: Must be available to work in Lagos (Hybrid).

  • Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 / month.
