Job Description:
We are seeking a high-potential Key Account Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. This is a high-impact, territory-focused role where you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth managing territories with the potential to deliver upwards of 1 billion Naira per annum. You will bridge the gap between high-level channel strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that our products achieve maximum distribution, visibility, and market penetration. Requirements:
Territory & KPI Ownership: Achieve all agreed business objectives (sell-in/sell-out, NPD listing, and promotions) and drive sales through superior execution of Distribution, Visibility, Price, and Promotion (DVPP).
Customer & Distributor Management: Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers, analyze distributor performance, and ensure rigorous account reconciliation, stocktaking, and debt collection.
Operational Excellence: Adhere to a strict monthly journey plan for customer engagement, ensure compliance with retail operating standards, and manage floor sales merchandizers to maximize in-store impact.
Financial & Resource Stewardship: Implement strict credit control for key distributors, ensure optimal use of POS/marketing materials, and maintain resource integrity to avoid waste.
Compliance & Governance: Actively lead in the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 45001 (OHS), and environmental safety standards across all assigned duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: First Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales with a proven track record of delivering on KPIs.
Core Expertise: Strong familiarity with Sales Driver execution (QDVP), outlet segmentation, structured call processes, and persuasive selling. Experience in an electrical-related company is a strong advantage.
Essential Skills:
Commercial Acumen: Emerging skills in customer management, negotiation, and channel strategy.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in IT/computer skills and a solid understanding of field sales management and market intelligence.
Requirements: Must be an experienced driver with a valid driver’s license.
Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lead teams, and high commitment to safety and ethical business practices.
