Job Description:

We are looking for proactive, results-driven Account Executives to join our Commercial team and accelerate Dragnet’s growth across our diverse portfolio of enterprise solutions—including recruitment, assessments, scholarships, and Achieva. This is a high-impact role for a confident B2B sales professional who excels at building relationships, navigating complex client needs, and managing a robust sales pipeline. If you have the tenacity to hunt for new opportunities and the finesse to manage existing corporate accounts, we want you to help us expand our market reach and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Business Development & Pipeline Management: Actively identify and follow up on new business opportunities. Maintain a clean, active sales pipeline with clear next steps and projected timelines to ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Account Management: Manage assigned client accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, cross-selling, and account expansion.

  • Client Engagement: Lead the sales cycle—from initial outreach and understanding client needs to scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, and negotiating terms.

  • Commercial Documentation: Prepare and support the development of professional proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client requirements and our company standards.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated, understood, and successfully delivered.

  • Reporting: Provide consistent, transparent updates on your sales activity, pipeline status, and any blockers that require management support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Experience in B2B enterprise sales, HR solutions, recruitment, or professional services is a significant advantage.
