Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically resilient Junior Electrical Engineer to anchor the power engine of our manufacturing operations. In the specialized landscape of nylon and plastics production where profitability depends on the continuous operation of high-heat extrusion and high-speed sealing success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex electrical panels with the clinical precision required for Fault Troubleshooting, Machinery Installation, and Preventive Maintenance. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Industrial Grit" (repairing extrusion and cutting machines) with the "Analytical Agility" required to read technical diagrams and monitor control systems.
Requirements:
1. Infrastructure Orchestration & Maintenance Governance
System Sovereignty: Assist in the installation and repair of electrical machinery with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."
Preventive Architecture: Perform routine inspections on production equipment, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term machine health.
Integrity Stewardship: Monitor electrical panels and wiring to ensure safe operation, ensuring the "Source of Industrial Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Troubleshooting Logic
Fault Sovereignty: Troubleshoot electrical faults in extrusion, cutting, and sealing machines, acting as the primary "Source of Rapid Recovery."
Diagram Architecture: Read and interpret technical electrical diagrams, providing the "Functional Foundation" for complex machinery repairs.
Support Stewardship: Assist senior engineers in technical resolution and efficiency upgrades, maintaining the "Source of Engineering Synergy."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Downtime Sovereignty: Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production delays, acting as the primary "Source of Manufacturing Velocity."
Data Architecture: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for trend analysis and part replacement planning.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of manufacturing experience to identify recurring electrical issues in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Machine Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment (Nylon/Plastics experience is a distinct advantage).
Domain Power: Solid understanding of industrial machines, electrical control systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, reading technical diagrams, and independent problem-solving.
