Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and automation systems to ensure smooth production operations and minimal downtime.

Reporting To: Maintenance Manager
Business Unit: Sesame Processing
Department: Engineering & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of electrical systems, motors, pumps, generators, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults on industrial machinery and automation equipment.
• Maintain VFDs, soft starters, alarm systems, pneumatic systems, and control circuits.
• Install and maintain building electrical systems and high-voltage equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Perform thermography checks and ensure electrical safety compliance.
• Diagnose component-level faults to extend equipment lifespan and reduce replacement costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/HND/B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years relevant experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with motors, generators, control circuits, VFDs, and preventive maintenance.
