Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Junior Architect to anchor the execution engine of our client's architectural projects. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian urban development, success is defined by "Design Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize visionary blueprints with the clinical precision required for Site Management, MEP Coordination, and Technical Problem-Solving. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (interpreting complex structural and MEP drawings) with the "Strategic Agility" required to represent the firm during critical construction phases.

Requirements:

1. Execution Orchestration & Site Governance

• Progress Sovereignty: Conduct regular site visits with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Construction Accuracy."

• Technical Architecture: Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and physical structures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for design integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all site-related permits and safety protocols are followed, ensuring the "Source of Statutory Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Software Logic

• Drafting Sovereignty: Produce and refine detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations), acting as the primary "Source of Technical Clarity."

• Software Architecture: Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to update project files as the site evolves, providing the "Digital Foundation" for accurate project handovers.

• Liaison Stewardship: Coordinate with contractors and MEP consultants to clarify design queries, maintaining the "Source of Collaborative Synergy."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

• Documentation Sovereignty: Prepare weekly site reports and progress photographs, acting as the primary "Source of Stakeholder Visibility."

• Sourcing Architecture: Assist in the selection of finishes and construction materials, providing the "Aesthetic Foundation" for the finished structure.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize advanced software skills to update "As-Built" drawings in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Certification: Must possess Professional Certification(s) relevant to the role.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in design and site management.

• Mobility: Must be willing and ready to travel as required by project locations.

Core Competencies

• Technical Grit: Expert ability to interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Software Sovereignty: Advanced skills in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
