Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Architect / Site Manager to bridge the gap between creative design and on-site reality. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from crafting detailed architectural plans and immersive 3D renderings to ensuring these designs are executed with precision on-site. Requirements:

• Design & Documentation: Lead the creation of professional architectural designs, comprehensive construction drawings, and technical documentation. Produce high-impact 2D drawings and 3D renderings to bring project visions to life for clients.

• Site Supervision & Execution: Direct on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work strictly adheres to approved plans, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Project Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between engineers, contractors, artisans, and consultants. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Operational Oversight: Conduct daily site inspections and generate detailed progress reports. Monitor project schedules, material consumption, and budgetary compliance.

• Problem-Solving: Proactively address design-to-build discrepancies and construction challenges to prevent delays.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce rigorous health and safety standards throughout all stages of construction to protect staff, stakeholders, and the integrity of the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a combined architectural design and site management capacity.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
