Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, technically proficient, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Ikeja. You will be responsible for translating client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound architectural designs. We are looking for a professional who understands the local regulatory landscape in Lagos, excels in space planning and visualization, and can manage projects from the initial concept and design development through to site implementation. Requirements:

• Design & Conceptualization: Develop creative architectural concepts and designs that meet client requirements, budget constraints, and site-specific needs.

• Documentation & Drafting: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, urban planning regulations, and safety standards in Lagos State.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure design integrity during the construction phase.

• Technical Oversight: Provide on-site support to verify that construction aligns with architectural plans and specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Experience: Proven professional experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
