Job Description:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Information Technology Manager to lead our IT department. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our technological resilience, ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our business objectives. You will combine high-level strategic planning with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, managing everything from infrastructure integrity to stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements:
Systems Integrity & Security
Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the security, integrity, and daily maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring procedures are robust and downtime is minimized.
Audit & Performance: Regularly review and scrutinize system performance in accordance with company policy, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance business value.
Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure total adherence to relevant legislation and best practices, preparing comprehensive documentation for internal and external audits.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute IT strategies that align with company-wide objectives, ensuring goals are clearly communicated to all staff levels.
Reporting: Audit and report on the performance of software and hardware to enable executive leadership to make informed strategic decisions.
System Architecture: Maintain a deep understanding of the overall architectural aspects of all IT systems to ensure functional control and operational efficiency.
Project Management & Stakeholder Relations
Business Readiness: Coordinate with business counterparts to drive system installations, contingency activities, and user acceptance testing for all new deliverables.
Vendor Management: Lead negotiations for service and maintenance agreements; oversee project management for installations and ensure all licensing and upgrades are current.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a technical advisor and creative problem-solver.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Proven track record in IT management with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
Experience within the hospitality industry is highly regarded, reflecting a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with a "lead-by-example" work style.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment that demands excellence, energy, and significant time commitment.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Deep understanding of IT system architecture, security protocols, and compliance KPIs.
